BIO
Krystal Abbott holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan, a J.D. from Ohio Northern University School of Law, and certification in Sports Industry Essentials from Columbia University School of Professional Studies. Krystal has practiced law in the private and government sectors. She also has professional experience across the collegiate athletics and sports governance landscape.
As an author, Krystal has discovered that her purpose is to use her experiences to help others navigate similar paths. Scripture offers a clear directive: “Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms” 1 Peter 4:10 (NIV). Through her writing, Krystal encourages those walking through comparable seasons.
Krystal’s goal is to meet readers where they are, offering wisdom drawn from both life and faith. No matter the challenge, there is a path forward. With God at the center, there is strength for every obstacle, direction for every decision, and hope for every season.
When Krystal is not working, she enjoys painting, practicing hot yoga, and reading faith-based literature.
